Childhood is momentary. It's gone before you can catch your breath. Be in the moment every day and really listen. You'll hear your children say some funny, touching, incredible things. Share these precious morsels with us by posting them here. And take a minute to read what other parents have posted. Our children are truly amazing!-
Thankfulness
While caring for four of our seven grandchildren last weekend, we got up early, ate Mickey Mouse waffles (both with and without chocolate chips), and paraded off to church. At the 10:15 mass, our church offers a children’s liturgy of the Bible readings – delivered in kid-friendly language. When the lovely mother-faciliator asked what the children would like to be thankful for, my four-year-old granddaughter, Maya, said,”I would like to give thanks for Santa.” I think we all agree! — Trish D., AZ, Maya age 4
